Management
Jean Marie Lapena
President & CEO
Ms. Lapena leads LTC’s overall operations and possesses over 20 years management and technical experience in the field of training. She specializes in the establishment of centralized training programs and the development of infrastructure to support each program’s component system. Prior to founding LTC, Ms. Lapena served as Director of Training for three consulting companies including Health Sciences Consulting Group; established and managed Corporate and Regulatory Training Programs for seven GxP and/or ISO regulated organizations including QLT Inc.; early on was business owner of 3 profitable small businesses. She possesses a Bachelors Degree in Science, Graduate Studies in Training and Development, is a PDA Certified Trainer, holds multiple certificates in computer studies, GxP and Quality Systems education.
Eric Roel Domagas
VP Business Strategies
Mr. Domagas leads LTC’s Business Strategy initiatives including but not limited to Marketing and Sales Programs. Mr. Domagas brings to LTC over 20 years management and technical experience in the field of International Business Management. He specializes in Profit & Loss Management, Marketing and Sales, New Business Development, Turn – Around Management and Product Lifecycle Management. Previous to joining LTC, Mr. Domagas held various executive management positions including President and COO of Splash Corporation, Vice President and Director of San Miguel Corporation, President and COO of Vintage Television. He possesses a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration, Graduate Studies in Business Management and various certificates in Marketing.
Roque S. Yupangco
VP Software Development
Mr. Yupangco leads LTC’s Software Development team and brings to LTC over 20 years of broad experience in application systems delivery across a wide range of business industries, with the last 12 years in international investment banking. He specializes in project management, application development and software quality assurance. Mr. Yupangco is also currently the Principal Consultant of Carmichael Management Consulting and previous to his illustrious consulting career that spans over 8 years, held various management positions including Vice President of IT for ING Financial Markets and Senior Associate of Macquarie Securities. He possesses a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mathematical Computing and various certificates in Project Management.
David Nettleton
VP Software QA
Mr. Nettleton leads LTC’s Quality Assurance team and brings to LTC over 20 years management and technical experience in the fields of computer system validation, quality assurance and auditing. Mr. Nettleton is a leading Computer System Validation expert and FDA Compliance Specialist who has completed more than 175 software validation projects as an Independent Consultant over the last 16 years. Previous to his Consulting career, he held Sr. Validation and Engineer positions in various organizations including Visio and Microsoft Corporations, as well as Management positions in various FDA regulated companies. Mr. Nettleton is a distinguished speaker, instructor and author. He possesses a Degree in Electrical Engineering, specialized studies in Software State Machines, certificates in FDA, GMP and SQA.
